Cancellation Policy

Cancelling 60 days prior to the Congress will involve a 20% penalty.
Cancelling between 59 days and 30 days prior to the Congress will involve a 50% penalty.
Cancelling 29 days prior to the Congress will involve a 100% penalty.  No reimbursement will be made.
Cancellations due to visa refusal will receive a full refund. Presenting an official document proving the denial will be mandatory.
