Find below the guidelines for the different types of presentations at SECEC 2026. Please ensure that your files comply with the requirements below and submit your presentation on time to guarantee a smooth on-site experience.

Page Limit: One (1) page (Single slide)

 

  • Remarks: Any video and audio will NOT be supported.
  • Format: Microsoft PowerPoint

 

Convert your slide to PDF before submission.

To export as PDF: File → Export → Select PDF format → Save.

E-POSTER EXHIBITION
  • Location: Exhibition area

Screen Specifications:

  • Orientation: Portrait (Vertical)
  • Aspect Ratio: 9:16

Exhibition Hours

  • Tuesday September, 16th: 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm
  • Wednesday September, 17th: 7:00 am to 6:30 pm
  • Thursday September, 18th: 7:30 am to 6:00 pm
  • Friday September, 19th: 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
